Pastor Mike Jeter-FBC
Troup, Tx- Pastor Mike Jeter has served as my
pastor for the past 3 years. During this time I have
seen Jesus in many different and new ways. Through
Bro. Mike's heart, his teachings, and his
willingness to preach boldly the WORD OF GOD. I have
seen and learned from him the importance of prayer,
honesty before the throne, and how much I love
kneeling at Jesus' feet at the altar. I have been
enlightened on the awesomeness of The Lord's Supper
and what an honor it is to partake of it. He has
been a source of encouragement for the ministry the
Lord has put before me as well as my own personal
walk with the Lord. Because of his leadership I am a
better lover of Jesus Christ. His wife Alaine has
been a source of love and compassion for my children
and I will cherish her always. I thank the Lord for
allowing me to get to know them and for the constant
help in my life that they have always been. Because
of them I will never be afraid to pray BIG prayers
and I will press on towards the prize with obedience
to the Father, even when it is difficult. |

This pastor was my pastor when I first began
hearing the call from the Lord. He encouraged me
first to dive into the Word of God and encouraged me
to take my first steps with the Lord when I knew
nothing at all. |

My prayer group:
This is a group of women who God surrounded me with
when I had no idea what to do and where to start.
They have brought countless prayer time,
encouragment, love, blessings, friendships, and
accountability to my life for over 3 years no on a
weekly basis. |

Thank you Jesus for allowing me such blessings and
insights through your chosen people.
